Shipping & Logistics Policy

We specialize in exporting vehicles to Ghana, ensuring a transparent and efficient shipping process.

Please review our logistics policy below.

Trade Terms

We support the following Incoterms for international trade:

EXW (Ex Works)
The buyer is responsible for collecting the vehicle from our warehouse or factory in China and covering all transportation, export procedures, and shipping costs.

FCA (Free Carrier)
We deliver the vehicle to a carrier or logistics partner designated by the buyer at a specified location in China. After handover, all risks and costs transfer to the buyer.

FOB (Free on Board)
We deliver the vehicle to Guangzhou Port and complete export customs clearance. Risk transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
We arrange sea transportation and insurance from Guangzhou Port, China to Tema Port, Ghana. The seller covers the cost of freight and insurance until arrival at the destination port.

Shipping Route

Our standard shipping route is:

Port of Loading: Guangzhou Port, China
Port of Destination: Tema Port, Ghana

We specialize in shipments to Ghana and coordinate regularly with shipping lines operating between China and West Africa.

Website Pricing

Unless otherwise specified, all vehicle prices listed on this website include ocean freight to Tema Port, Ghana (CIF basis).

Please note that the following costs are not included in the website price:

  • Import duties and taxes in Ghana

  • Destination port charges

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Inland transportation after arrival at Tema Port

These costs are payable by the buyer according to Ghanaian import regulations.

Freight & Logistics Coordination

We handle the vehicle export process from China, including:

  • Export documentation

  • Port handling

  • Vessel booking

  • Vehicle loading and shipment

If the buyer prefers to use their own freight forwarder, we can coordinate under EXW, FCA, or FOB terms.

Customs Clearance in Ghana

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Import customs clearance in Ghana

  • Payment of duties and taxes

  • Local port handling charges

  • Inland transportation after arrival

Our responsibility ends once the vehicle arrives at Tema Port, unless otherwise agreed.

Risk & Insurance

For shipments under CIF terms, basic marine insurance is arranged by the seller.

For EXW, FCA, or FOB shipments, the buyer is responsible for arranging insurance coverage for sea transit.

Vehicle Inspection & Confirmation

Before shipment, we will provide:

  • Vehicle photos and videos

  • Inspection details

  • Shipping documents

This ensures the buyer can confirm the vehicle condition before shipment.

Due to this transparent process, returns or refunds are generally not supported once the vehicle has been shipped.
